Service Reception Advisor
This successful and professional Ford dealership based in Alnwick requires an experienced Service Reception Advisor to work within their busy but friendly Service Department, this is an excellent opportunity with a well established dealership. This position is primarily a Customer Service role and your main responsibility will be to liaise with customers both face to face and over the telephone. This will be a very busy position with lots of variety where you will be responsible for ensuring targets are carried out and all deadlines are being met whilst maintaining an excellent standard of customer service. You will also be liaising with customers; advising on progress, seeking authority to carry out further repair, taking payments and dealing with complaints. Further duties will include opening and closing job cards, raising cash invoices and arranging collection / deliveries and courtesy vehicles for customers. Experience within a service environment is essential, good delegation coupled with good customer handling techniques is required.
